RogueTech was contracted by a private client and their contractor to provide design services and permit applications for a new access and private road with fire turn-around across the lower portion of their rural property.

This private road will provide acces to a higher elevation building site for a future custom home. The road requires construction in a regulated floodplain and will require crossing a jurisdictional wetland as well as a culvert extension over an existing stream.

RogueTech's work solved multiple, complex challenges to allow for a permittable access and private road that minimizes disturbances to the property's natural resources, allowing the future construction of a new custom home.
